Refund Policy
This Policy applies to purchases of okya products and licenses. Creem, as Merchant of Record, processes approved refunds.
Digital products
Because licenses and downloads are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, activated, or used.
When a refund may be available
We review requests where required by law or for duplicate charges, verified delivery failure, incorrect product delivery, or a material technical issue that prevents normal use and cannot be resolved reasonably.
Not normally refundable
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, failure to review requirements, third-party game or platform changes, account sanctions, rule enforcement, or matters outside okya’s reasonable control.
How to request a refund
Send your order ID, purchase email, reason, and relevant evidence to [email protected].
Review and processing
We may request reasonable troubleshooting. Approved refunds are submitted through Creem to the original payment method; timing depends on Creem, the payment network, and your financial institution.
