These Terms apply to okya.app and all software, licenses, downloads, and services offered under the okya brand.
Products and licenses
Purchasing a product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the stated term. The software and related intellectual property remain owned by okya or its licensors.
Payment and digital delivery
Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and processes checkout, payment, tax, and related billing matters. After confirmed payment, license credentials and any available download link are delivered digitally.
Use restrictions
You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical limits, misuse the software, or use it unlawfully. You must follow applicable laws and third-party game, server, and platform rules.
Independent software brand
okya is an independent software brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with MapleStory, Nexon, or their affiliates. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.
Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party update, or any particular game outcome.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for installation, account security, backups, compliance with third-party rules, and evaluating the risks of automation or companion software.
