Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how OKYA and products under the OKYA brand handle information. The data involved depends on the product and the features you choose; locally processed material is different from information you send to us or a connected provider.
Data we collect
We may process order identifiers, license and activation records, device identifiers needed for licensing, support messages, technical diagnostics, basic access logs, language preferences, and information you provide.
Sources and choices
We receive information you provide in orders or support requests, limited technical and access information generated when services are used, and transaction or license status from payment or delivery providers. Information needed for an order or support request may be required to complete that request; optional features can be left unused.
How we use data
We use data to verify orders, deliver and manage licenses, provide downloads and support, secure services, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performing a contract, complying with legal duties, our legitimate interests in operating and securing services, or your consent for optional processing. You may withdraw consent where that is the basis, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Payments
Payments are processed by supported cryptocurrency payment systems. okya does not request or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or similar sensitive credentials.
Local processing and connected features
Some tools keep working data, recognition history, routes or recovery inputs on your device or in page memory. Such material is not automatically uploaded to OKYA merely because you use the tool. If you enable a cloud translation or another connected feature, the information needed for that feature may be sent to the provider you choose after the relevant notice or authorization.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies or local storage for language preferences, locally saved order credentials, payment-return handling, and necessary site functions. Clearing browser storage may remove local order history.
Third-party services
We may use providers for payments, hosting, storage, email, security, and delivery. They process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Sharing and international processing
We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers such as payment, hosting, delivery, support or security providers, or when law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Providers may operate in other countries; where required, we use applicable transfer safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.
Security, retention and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Browser-only data remains under your browser’s controls; server-side records are kept only for the purposes and legal periods described above. Our products are not directed to children below the age permitted by applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data, or object to certain processing.
Requests and complaints
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent where applicable. We may verify a request and retain information where law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us at the address below.
